The story is about a fifteen year old boy called Christopher investigating the murder of the dog next door. One of the reasons it has captured so much praise, is the insight into Christopher’s mind, the way he thinks, and the challenges he faces as a person with Asperger’s (Asperger’s is a form of Autism, you can find out more information from The National Autistic Society).
